No lawyer-client relationship is created by visiting this website, sending me a message, communicating with me through any channel, or booking an appointment with me. All bookings are subject to confirmation .A lawyer-client relationship will only arise once an engagement letter or agreement has been executed.
3. Validity of Fee Quotes & Engagements
Fee quotes and proposals remain valid for 20 calendar days unless otherwise stated. A lawyer-client relationship is only formed when both parties confirm in writing via an engagement letter or service agreement.
4. Payment Terms
• Payment terms are specified in the engagement letter.
• Payment must be made in accordance with the issued invoice.
• In case of late payment, statutory interest under Thai law may be applied until full settlement.
• I reserve the right to suspend or discontinue services in the event of non-payment or breach of obligations.
5. Timelines & Delivery of Services
Any timelines provided (e.g., completion of documents, filings, or consultations) are estimates only and subject to change due to the complexity of the matter, cooperation of involved parties, and actions of third parties (such as courts, government agencies, or counterparties).
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• I make reasonable efforts to ensure that website content is accurate and up-to-date. However, I do not guarantee completeness, reliability, or suitability. I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of this website, reliance on its content, or communications made prior to entering into a formal engagement letter.
• I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or opportunities.
• Liability for any proven claim is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
7. Force Majeure
I shall not be responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond my reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of government, natural disasters, strikes, blackouts, disruptions of internet or communication systems, or other force majeure events.
8. Claims & Complaints
Any concerns regarding services provided should be raised in writing within 14 days of delivery. I will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the matter in good faith.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
I may collect and process your personal data in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By using this website or communicating with me, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.
